Brittany + Lonnie {married} | NC Wedding Photographer

We were so excited to be a small part in Brittany and Lonnie's big day! It's always an honor to be chosen for such an important event!

Brittany and Lonnie met through her father while bear hunting, such a cool way to meet your future spouse! I'm sure they'll have a great time telling their grandchildren the story one day.

They were married at United Vision Pentecostal Church in Shallotte, NC. It was a perfect, sunny day, surrounded by their loved ones, they made a vow to one another and it was absolutely heart touching! 

Special shout out to my Associate Photographer Lara and her 2nd shooter Blythe, you both did such a phenomenal job, I appreciate all your hard work, it shows in the photos!

Taylor + Alex | East Carolina University Engagement Session

I took a road trip with Taylor, Alex and Cooper (their beagle) yesterday, and six hours later, this is the fantastic results! I am so glad we had this opportunity to get to know each other better. Plus they fed me which wich, and if you've never been to one, I highly recommend you try it out! We had to reschedule this session due to very high winds, and I'm glad we did, because it was gorgeous, and we were able to visit the stadium, which was pretty important to Alex! They are season ticket holders and love their Pirates! I got the whole story about how Cooper got his name, and how they love to tail-gate, I'd say they're pretty much the biggest Football fans I've ever met! (or at least pretty close, I mean I did photograph an NFL player haha)

Lindsey & Matt, Engagement Session|Wilmington Wedding Photography

These two have an infectious love for each other. If you've ever been around them, you know exactly what I mean! Luckily, I was there when Matt proposed, I'm sure many of you have seen the video, but if not, I'll link it at the end of the blog! They met at Lindsey's work place, which happens to be the restaurant her family owns. Matt was a frequent customer, but I bet he became a permanent fixture around there after being smitten with Lindsey. Well, he took his time asking her out, so she decided to ask him! So romantic and bold, but it has paid off! The rest is history and now they are getting married three short months from now in Matt's hometown. I'm honored to be the one they chose to capture their day, be on the lookout for the blog of their wedding.
