Taylor & Alex | Wilmington Wedding Photographer| Porter's Neck Plantation

I met Taylor and Alex after being referred by a good friend. We had coffee at Starbucks and I thought they were just the sweetest couple ever. They've known each other for what seems like forever, even attended the same college...ECU (go pirates)! I could tell they were meant to be together from that day. We got to spend some time together as we traveled to ECU for their engagement session, after that I felt like family! We mainly talked about our beagles, Cooper and Lizzie! Cooper was my back seat companion! Taylor's mom Billie Jean came along to help out with Cooper, but she didn't tell me how incredibly talented she was. Ever little detail, down to the handwriting on each individual lap blanket was created with love!

Bridal Portraits | Wedding Photography Wilmington

I love taking bridal portraits, so I thought I'd show off some of my past brides! Some were taken at a bridal portrait session and some were taken the day of the wedding. Either way, they are all so gorgeous. I only wish I had more time to shoot with the bride on the wedding day. 

A Surprise Proposal| Wilmington Wedding Photography

Lindsey was surprised at her brother's wedding with the proposal that made us all cry with happiness! They set it up where Kristi the bride handed her the bouquet, then Matt got down on one knee.... and I'm happy they asked me to capture it on video. Now, I'm happy to announce I'll be their wedding photographer as well. I do love this family and all their weddings! Congratulations to this sweet couple, may you have many, many years of happiness together!
