When you hire me as your photographer, you'll help shape the character and style of your images from start to finish. I have made it my personal mission to offer couples planning a wedding day romantic, fun, and documentary style photography. Of course, I'll be there to offer expert advice, and in the end, you'll have gorgeous portraits you'll treasure forever. I want to us to get to know each other, this helps me know your best physical features, what makes you laugh, and how you look when you're feeling shy. It's about building a relationship and knowing that when you leave, I have your trust and confidence. I'll capture all your needs on your wedding day.
Weddings are my favorite, and I love photojournalism, put those together and you have a perfect match! Although I do have posed photos in my portfolio, I like a more natural and organic feeling. I like to know my couple's on a very personal level, because I want you to be comfortable with me on the most important day of your life. Engagement sessions are complimentary with all packages so we can meet and get to know one another.
I'm completely dedicated to making your day special in every way a photographer can. I'd rather most didn't even realize I am snapping their image. Capturing what you may not notice and surprising you with photos of your day that you never knew existed.
The Engagment Session

Clients frequently request candid moments, portraits, and special poses they have seen on the website or in other photographs. I believe photography is a collaboration between the photographer and the subject, so I encourage your input and ideas. In the privacy of an engagement session, as a professional photographer, I will impart a wealth of knowledge and know-how to make your experience seem like second nature just in time for your wedding day.
The Location
All sessions are shot on location in the Wilmington. You may request a specific location, or I will be happy to offer choices based on the style you want for your photos: rustic, urban, historic, etc.
After the Session
After allowing time for processing and editing your images (generally within 1-3 weeks) I’ll post a preview on Facebook with your permission and in an Online Gallery. You may order prints straight from the gallery and I encourage you to share with your friends and family so that they may have the opportunity to order professional prints as well. Prints will be delivered to your home.
